Atkins Diet Recipes: Low Carb Cheese Crisps

I continue down my low carb snack recipe video series to satisfy some of the requests. This obviously Induction Friendly recipe is a simple “need a snack now” recipe. They do however keep really well in the fridge for at least a few days and work well as a replacement for chips with dips (salsa, guacamole, sour cream dips).  Another idea with these crisps is to fold these over a can to make things like taco shells or taco salad bowls.  You can also use the fry pan method for making low carb cheese crust pizza.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded (or combination of cheeses)
  • Spices (to taste)
