Weed or delicious “Induction Friendly” fruit / vegetable? Low Carb Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

I was inspired to make this favorite dessert of my Grandma by another low carb blog, called “All day I dream about Food.” (http://bit.ly/goEXXr)  I updated it to be similar to my grandma’s recipe, and my wife and kids loved it.  It goes really well with the whipped cream I prepared in my last video.  Due to the nut flours and berries, this dessert will be for those during Ongoing Weight Loss phase.  It goes really well with the Whipped Cream that I demonstrated in my last video.

Ingredients:
1 cup Strawberries
2 cups Rhubarb
2 TBS Splenda, or liquid equivalent
-Topping-
1/3 cup Flax meal
2/3 cup Almond Flour
1/3 cup Coconut flakes, ground
2 TBS Splenda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
4 TBS Butter
Makes 9 Servings.
