I was asked tonight to provide a list of ingredients to stock your pantry, so one does not need to keep running to the store. If you stock your kitchen with these ingredients, you should be able to make 90% of all my recipes if not higher. All of these ingredients are Induction Friendly, and you can have them from the start. Now there are more Induction Acceptable Foods than the ones listed here. I have a more complete list of the Phase 1 Induction Acceptable Foods here. These are however the foods that I like and find using the most often in my kitchen.

Phase 1 Induction Acceptable Foods here – this link doesn’t work and there is no content displayed and the click here link doesn’t work either – have I offended you in some way or is there something wrong with your post?
ooooooops! never mind! I can access the list by the “To get to the document directly, click here” link…
sorry
Thanks for the list (and ALL the awesome recipes and info). You make extended induction a lot easier. You recommend liquid Splenda and I’ve seen you use it in recipes. Do you make your own or purchase it? Any recommendations for how to make it or which brand is best?
I did a video on this topic not too long ago called, liquid splenda or sucralose where to get it (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pqiEcNCw_a0). Since the video, I did have to purchase more, and EzSweetz was running a fantastic deal on Amazon. This is the stuff I ended up getting — http://www.netrition.com/cgi/goto.cgi?aid=3332&url=ezsweetz.html. I purchased actually two 3-packs of the stuff. Look for the concentration of 1 drop equals 2 tsp for similar concentration as my recipes.
Thanks!
