Whether this is an Extended Induction or OWL food depends on your interpretation of the DANDR. In some sections, Dr. Atkins references peanuts under the nuts section, but most people realize peanuts are legumes not nuts. I have marked it as OWL to prevent some of the conversations, but personally, I always considered them a nut.
