Atkins Diet Recipes: Low Carb Shepherd’s Pie (IF)

It’s been bitterly cold in Iowa lately especially coming back from our family cruise in Tampa. This Shepherd’s Pie is ideal way to keep warm and comfort food. The combination of rich beef and gravy with fauxtatoe layer is a marriage made in heaven. I really think you’ll like this recipe if you try it.

I bought this meal at WalMart and it was exactly like the photo. Taste was great and lots of beef. You might want to give it another try!

I will try it again and see if I get bigger pieces this time. I have heard from others that I was not the only one with shredded beef, but I would be glad to be proven wrong.
